My Story. My Mission.

Christophe Grimont

Christophe is an  organisational consultant, executive coach and group  facilitator. Throughout his 20-year career as a management  consultant in Europe and Asia, Christophe has acquired  tremendous experience through his work in large  organizations in various sectors and areas of expertise.

More specifically, he specializes in strategic, process  improvement and organizational change initiatives. His primary sectors of intervention are professional  services, manufacturing, financial/banking, private and  public sectors in Asia. Christophe lives both in Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore.

Christophe is Fellow Associate with several global learning organizations, in particular: IMD Lausanne & Singapore, CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership) in Singapore, Oxford Leadership globally. Those leadership  powerhouses bring rich and  varied sources of influence and inspiration. Some of his clients in the last 3 years: HSBC, UBS, Singtel, AtKearney, PWC, DTAC, Mandiri Bank, L’Oreal, Perfetti, Telkom Malaysia, Linxens.

 

My purpose is to communicate in an energizing and non-judgmental way to build purposeful and compassionate leaders as I help them reconcile with their truest self

He is passionate about combining coaching approaches: one  looks at the human being as a whole with all its dimensions, leveraging our total intelligence: cognitive, emotional and physical; the other  focused 100% on observable and measurable results and focuses stakeholders  around the leader, as support mechanism. This combination dramatically increases chances for real and deep shift as it addresses both part of the iceberg: what is visible and what is underneath.

Christophe coaches individuals and also management teams, delivering  leadership programs to large and medium sized firms in the US, Europe and  Asia. He aims to enhance the individual and the teams’ positive overall impact  on the organizations performance.

Christophe holds an Electrical Engineering Master Degree from INSA,  France and an MBA in Finance from, EMLYON, France. He is also an Executive  Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change, INSEAD, Singapore and is a Certified Integral Coach, New Ventures West, US. He is certified in the  Stakeholder-Centred Coaching Approach with Marshall Goldsmith, Hogan and several 360 tools. 

Has  a one year Gestalt group dynamics advanced certificate and beefed up his capacity on team coaching in 2020 with the Global Team Coaching Institute led by David Clutterbuck and Peter Hawkins.  He recently engaged in a 2y mindfulness meditation teacher program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

How we serve our clients

Serving our clients is what matters. Yes, our aim to accompany leaders and teams to “Grow through purpose and compassion”; Why do we want to do that? Presenting challenges or aspirations are usually related to efficiency, resilience, making a bigger impact.

At the root of those aspirations, there is a need to bring humanity back into the professional life, create more mutual trust and respect, well-being for ourselves and others around us. This in our view leads to people expressing their views, the loyalty, engagement, creativity. This eventually leads to organisational performance and value creation.

We create impact through: executive coaching applied to teams and leaders, speaking engagements on specific engaging topics, group facilitation, leadership retreats and programs.

Our audience? We feel at ease with large structured firms whilst comfortable to navigate the dynamics of a family business or match the level of energy and passion within growing start-ups.

Our approach and philosophy is important to you, our clients and partners. It apples both to individual leaders and teams; it always starts with “ourselves”: knowing your starting point, your purpose, what will get in your way. Once we reached that clarity we can get to work which means starting to work on behaviours, mindset and ways of beings that will make a difference. For this to happen and be meaningful, your ecosystem will play an essential role: it will provide support, a feedback loop and will help measure progress made.
