Experiential Leadership Program

We approach groups as a collection of unique individuals—some with significant experience and leadership maturity, some with less. The beauty is to deliver a programme to the entire group, while maintaining sufficient intimacy to create an impact on each participant individually

Groups are typically made up of the following:

Several leaders / managers who are part of the same firm, but not part of the same team: different functions, geographies, business divisions, etc.

Leaders and managers coming from several unrelated companies, such as large MNCs, large or small family businesses, SMEs, start-ups, etc.

This is where we will offer a couple of selected impactful programmes in collaboration with our partners (Oxford leadership in particular).

The first and most important programme that will be offered is about “leading from within”. In this programme, “ Self-managing Leadership (SML)”, participants will clarify their focus as leaders and create an action plan to achieve their goals.

To date, 200,000 executives in 90 countries have participated in the SML programme.

I have delivered this programme in the Asia Pacific over the last 3–4 years to clients like L’Oreal, with hundreds of participants involved.
